You have the E-Filling options in patent website.
ReplyDeleteE-Filling have some payment, pay that at the time of e filling, you will get the application ID, Reviewers Will review your application in patent office, if any difficulties Eg: Already registered design is matching.. your application will reject. other wise they will send you the reviewed detail slip. after that your reply for any corrections, one month later from your reply registered trademark will publish in Trademark Journal. The process will take minimum 18 months from your e-filling, if you have some problem the time period will extend.....
